You can't. Chlamydia, syphilis, and gonorrhea are all caused by a bacteria that will not go away without antibiotic therapy. Unlike a cold or the flu, you can't "wait out" an STD or cure it by home remedies. You will have it until it is treated. HIV, genital warts (HPV), and genital herpes are caused by viruses and can not be cured. Once you have those, you have them forever. No treatment at home will "cure" those. If you suspect you have an STD, see your doctor fo r a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Oh for gods sake aren't any of you prepared to help this person? Not everything requires doctors. You can put ice directly on the effected area for immediate relief. You can also swab the area with a little apple cider vinegar (organic is preferable), you can also apply 100% pure coconut oil (I can only recommend Nui brand by African Pacific) for more relief and to help take the sting out. good luck to you. Yes the coconut oil may be a little expensive but better to apply something completely natural 'down there' than any over the counter applications (all of which contain some very dubious ingredients you would not eat let alone apply down there) Antibiotics are not a good idea, and they are not the cure all to end all cures. Good luck to you.

The first thing is it needs to be diagnosed by a doctor. You cannot self diagnose an STD. You cannot cure some STD's and none can be treated without a docs prescription.

You can't. You have to go to the doctor. The sooner the better as you can develop a lot of complications if it's not treated. This includes not ever being able to have children.
