sorry not jealous i wouldnt like to be part of a "community" that speaks so different from what i am used to. I dont like embellishments in common language, it sounds as if you were selling me a car that it is not as good as you want me to believe

Christians will answer you like this: Because god is not an embellishment. He is the light and the way. God is bigger than anything. Hope you find this someday too. God Bless.
Atheist answer (my answer): Because they believe the above which I have written. If you notice they never really answer questions unless it is within their scope of thinking. If they cannot answer, they will simply skirt the issue by saying something like, You will know the answer to that when you find the light. See it's win win for them.

Nothing "poetical" about it... Christianity is about a real, live relationship with the living God, by the power of His Holy Spirit that guides and teaches us. It simply is the best way to describe the greatest experience one can have this side of heaven. You'll just have to find this out for yourself.

You know man, as a Christian, I do sometimes get annoyed by that. But seriously, I do talk normal all the time. Most of the Christians I know do to. But believe me, the examples that you put on here are nothing compared to some of the stuff that I have heard.

Jesus love us all and God loves us unconditionally rather you be a Christian or a Jew he loves us the same that's why some Christians use the terms that they use so don't knock anything unless you tried it. Okay

Well alot of the quotes you posted, are from the bible. It is Imprtant for Christians to use scripture always.... Also I think that it is habbit! But the funny thing is that the "Athiest" always sound Angry, Depressed, and Rude, so I think its kinda the same thing.... ;)
