Its not too much of a big deal ( who makes the first move) if you are both the same sex.
If she's in your house, It would be fine to make the first move.

I think that you should make the 1st move. But don't make a TO big of a 1st move. Don't scare her. But just be yourself and alittle flirt never hurt. But before you make the 1st move you have to make sure she is what you want. :) Good Luck!
