According to Buddhism if you develop your mind to the point that you see beyond time and concepts, clinging, attachments and aversions, develop absolute altruism, you've become a Buddha and you then know there IS NO creator god, in the omnipotent, etc. sense. You also know that YOU are not some omnipotent being and that no such beings exist because the logic of such a being existing is a "simple" concept to you at that point.

Because God is not in the universe, He dwells in uncreated Light beyond the boundaries of time and space. If you meet Him oneday as many have, you will no longer ask.

i have no idea what the end of the universe is... end of the earth is more "visualizeable"
