Enough to endanger anyone on the road with them. and drunk enough to go to jail.
As to how many drinks. It depends on the weight (which you indicated) the persons metabolism, what and when they last ate, etc. All affects how fast the alcohol hits the blood stream.
Don't be an idiot and don't drink and drive.

Fairly well liquored. For me, that is what I use to call 'feeling good'.
It depends on the person and their metabolic makeup as to how inebriated they are or how many drinks it took to achieve that level, but it's still pretty stiff.
Probably 8-10 beers or drinks.

He`s Pickeled. Thats double the legal limit for driving in most states. Not saying he couldn`t function but he`s not feeling to much pain.

over the legal driving limit. probably not drunk enough to pass out. and around 3.5 drinks in one hour. but the drunkeness kinda varies from person to person.
