Modern Standard Arabic, but Kurdish is official in the Kurdish areas, theres also syriac (assyrian) in the west and farsi (persian) in the east but those two are not official.
Ps Modern Standard Arabic is classified as a separate langauge from Iraqi arabic which is spoken by the common people on the streets, MSA is used in signs politics newspapers and the tv news.
