A hickey is nothing more than a bruise. Only time will fix it, but perhaps using an alternating regimine of cold and warm compresses will help the blood flow, and get it cleared up faster. Other than that....make up.

Well, you can use make up, you can cover it up with clothing, or just let time take its course. It should disappear in a week or so (depending on how good it was put there!)

after that you just have to let it heal...all it is is a big bruise
and make sure the makeup matches your skin...or else everyone will notice
and next time, tell the person to give you a hickey somewhere no one else will see

You just have to wait...it's like a bruise...I would suggest make-up and turtle necks...or a large band-aid...just say you ran into something in the dark....
