In my opinion, which is contrary to most opinions above, you are not a virgin, as you have already been penetrated BY A MAN, even though it was only with his finger.
If someone were to ask you whether you were a virgin and you answered yes, he might get the impression that you have had no sexual experience, which is blatantly not true. Technically, though, you may be correct in your assertion. But are you being entirely truthful? Well, I leave that to your conscience.
Looking at your avatar and your question, I shall reserve my opinion on whether you really are a virgin, even technically. ;-)
One more point. There is a distinction between virginity and chastity. Are you chaste? Why don't you post another question and find out what the world thinks?

I think you would be, but I have been told that if penetration (and no specific thing was specified) and the hymen is broken, then you are not a virgin anymore. Best I could do!
