I need to translate a few paragraphs but the screen won't let me right click on the paragraph. I have tried hitting " control + C" and that didn't work either.

it's a screen without a browser at the top. No my browser is not hidden. It's like a pop up screen.

Can you add a bit more info like what program are you using? Also I hate to sound like an IT person but try rebooting. Ok now knowing it is like a pop up screen. Will it let you highlight the info? If it will the Ctrl C should work. If it does not then other than taking a screen shot and dumping it into paint and extracting it that way. Which to do that you would press the "Print Screen" button then open Paint and paste it in there. Good luck!

Try this:
click File
select Save As
save the page on DeskTop.

When that is done, open the saved page on desktop.
