I think it's cool, I think it's pretty, I think I'm going to a store on the 30th to pick up a copy of Home Premium Full. Only buy it if you have the hardware to run it and only do a clean install, which I do not think is available on the upgrade version though that will be debated until it is released.

Most major hardware is already supported, most WiFi cards... video cards (nvidia, ATi, Intel), Vista has over 19,000 drivers packaged with it. If you aren't sure, just run the Vista upgrade advisor, it will list potential conflicts with your system (use a search engine to find it).

Fantastic. Amazing. Brilliant. Beautiful. Unbelievable. Need I say more?!?

I'll admit it still has a few too many bugs, but what do expect coming from Microsoft? I'll also admit that it looks a lot like Mac OS X, but again, what do you expect?

Vista is the best OS since Windows 95. It has a revolutionary GUI, amazing search capabilites, a great companion office suite and comes ith 64-bit functionality. Viva Vista!

Three words:

Full Of Bugs

It has been released far too soon and needs a bit of major work...
Truely the new operating system is much different (advanced) to XP and sadly does take a while to get used to but it just is not ready yet.

New programmes, much improved microsoft Office, but sadly not worth the current cost.
My advice, wait about 6 months and then go all the way for Vista.

I must admit I do love the new Interface (exploring) method of documents from the desktop however (much like Apple Mac Dock)

I'd wait a year before installing it or using it till they work out some of the bugs and also give hardware manufacturers time to get full Vista compatible drivers available. Wait till SP1 is released!

I don't like it, it's slow and not much of an improvement over XP for the money
