If you read the story, Eve gave Adam fruit from the tree and he did eat it.

Supposedly, Eve ate from the tree first and then gave some to Adam...so it was still mainly her fault, that's why women were cursed with inequality and the pain of childbirth. Yea, God.

yes that was the fall of man ,forcing God (because He can not lie) to send His only son in the flesh so that we could be saved by grace adam was suppose to live by the law and when he broke that law God had to stay true to His word and sent His son to die so that we all could be saved,eating from the tree of knowledge opened there eyes to sin

I only want to add that the serpent deceived Eve, not Adam. Although he was not decived he ate anyway. (1Timothy 2:14)
