Everybody has their own times. Instead of I love you, say something like "You are really important to me", or "I really care about you", but don't go overboard with the whole thing because that could make her uncomfortable. I know it may be kinda stupid-sounding, but it just might work, and don't feel pressured into kissing her or anything (especially by your friends, cause she will think you are a COMPLETE jurk, and she won't like you), go with your own pace, and when you both know the time is right, it will just happen.

Just give her a big squeeze to let her know you like her. If you're together at a game, or she comes over to your house to do a school project just say, "I had a really good time," or "It was Fun!"
You don't need to be all over eachother right away like some people do at first. Keep it steady going and eventually, hugs will mix in with kisses and ect. Kissing will come any time, it just depends on how much time you two spend together. GOOD LUCK!

There is no average time for a person to say I love you, you say it when you mean it, could be soon or could be never. When you part say see ya, good bye, good night, call ya later, see you tomorrow etc.....as for average length of a kiss that varies upon the situation, if you want to give her a kiss good bye I would make it relatively short.

The normal time to say I Love You is about 6 months and only if you really feel it. You can kiss (no tongue) anytime. Slip her the tongue only if you are sure she's into it. Otherwise, you'll look foolish. As for what to say when you leave, just say "see you later, ok". Or as hubby fred used to say "seeyalaterbye" real fast one word.

I don't worry about averages, unless its investment income or something
I get the highs and lows so might as well enjoy them.
I wish my woman would tell me that sometimes, all 3 of them.

just tell her see you later honey.
don't say you love someone until you do.
love is nothing to play with
and on time frames, let your heart guide you.
if it feels right then do it. if it;s not a feeling your use to then just play it by ear.
