I just want to talk to Jesus face-to-face so bad. I'm very lonely, even when I'm surrounded by people. What do I do?

I don't need answers from non-Christians, thanks anyway.

That is exactly how I used to feel, and then I prayed to God and I felt love. Here's what happened to me at least I went on a confirmation retreat, and I felt more love than I have ever felt before it was amazing. That is how Jesus rewarded me when I prayed to him. My advice would just be to prayer, listen to Christian music, and remember Jesus loves you, and so do all Christians.

Even though you may not realize, you are talking to Jesus face to face each time you pray. You have to have faith and stop doubting that you are. If you are a Christian like I am, you believe that Jesus is always with you and will never leave. As for here on earth, the world can be a lonely place for us as humans. The key is to tell yourself and have full faith that you are never really alone. Everyday you spend here on Earth is time you are striving to be worthy and ready for salvation. One day in heaven because you are saved, you will see Jesus face to face and speak to him. That is what we are promised as Christians. Just keep praying and keep surrounding yourself around people who believe because it will help you better feel the void. We all go through things, depression, lonely times but just remember the darkness is the night but joy comes early in the morning. Just pray, believe and continue to strive

Why should I feel discouraged?
Why should the shadows come?
Why should my heart feel lonely and long for heaven and home?
When Jesus is my portion, and a constant friend is he,
his eye is on the sparrow, and I know he watches me.

Dear sister in the Lord,
The lyrics to that song should resonate with you. We all get tired of this workaday world with all of its turmoil and grief. However, you are on a mission. You are a spiritual being having an earthly experience. We all long to see the Lord, but right now he has you exactly where he needs you to be.
Spend your time here glorifying him and working for the kingdom by showing God's tremendous love toward others.
Heaven belongs to you! Keep the faith, but also enjoy God's blessings in this world. His mercies come fresh every morning! Witness and enjoy that too. He that shall come will come and he shall not tarry. It won't be long, but wait earnestly for that great day. While waiting work and rest in him.

Where are you at, that you are so homesick?

WE all want to see Jesus face to face at times. One day we all shall be in His presents. :o)

Sorry you are so homesick. Just remember God is right there with you and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Keep seeking His face. This is a great opportunity for you to really get to know the LORD.

Well, when I feel that way, I pray that the Lord will give me strength to get through it, and just tell Him how I feel. It may not be face-to-face in the way that you mean it, but I always know He's listening. Also, look to the Bible for help, and try to get to church to be with other Christians.

Well, I would say that you should pray and read the Bible often. And, as quickly as you can, get yourself a church and attend each service. You'll surround yourself with other Christians and you won't be as lonely.

Well umm you could read the Bible that is the closest we will get to talking to God here while we are still in our earthly bodies.

Then just pray to him and tell him everything that is on your mind even if it sounds like you are talking to your self he is hearing you that is part of having faith.

That's what I think

Good luck

:)
