Let it send the error report and see what the results are. Sometimes Microsoft is able to tell you what the problem is.

This is a major problem with casued by the early release of Internet Explorer 7. Sadly there is very little you can do to fix the problem.

↓ Go to Add/Remove Programmes and remove IE 7
↓ Your browser will revert back to IE 6
↓ Re-download IE 7
↓ This shoudl fix the error

If not wait for a new realease of IE 7 and alert Microsoft to the problem.

First off send the error report the eggheads and Microsoft use those to get there stuff right. Second if you know the name of the file go to search and open it from there. Good luck.

Virus, probably one of the "114,000 Microsoft Virus Definitions" they cannot fix.

Look, no one runs Internet Exploder, because it has those 114,000 backdoors/holes/virus/trojan vulnerabilies PLUS, it has absolute administrative privileges, above yours(!), to install anything it is prompted to, remotely, over the internet.

Run http://getfirefox.com instead.
And, you need to run AVG, plus Spybot S&D, and Shootthemessenger, plus Adaware by Lavasoft, plus, a hardware firewall/router on your connection. The best one is FREE, uses any spare or discarded Pentium box, and is http://ipcop.org

Then, you need to run Crap Cleaner to clean up the registry.

Or, you can avoid all that, (except, a firewal/router is great security), plus avoid the mandatory upgrades, purges, etc. by getting http://pclinuxos.com that comes with 1900 free games and programs.
