It's physical attraction at first. Face, body, etc. But that is quickly supplanted by an engaging, well read multi-faceted personality.
Hanging around you a lot, stopping by you to chat whenever they have the chance. Watching you a lot.

most guys like the girls butts or **** and if they like you they would probably act real mean towards you sometimes

we like lots of different things depending upon what are aims are --- for a long term relationship we look at who you are your personality your humour --- and then we will always think you look beautful because we see both the internal and external
if all we are after is sex then its only appearance

Thats one answer per guy question, it varies greatly. But mine is booty, not butt, but booty and breasts and then come face. The next guy will say something different.
