Conversary is a rap word and is not used in mainstream English. I can't find it in any of my dictionaries. I have no idea what it means, but it seems to be taking the place of the word controversy. In that case, your sentence would translate as, "Toma esta cruz y ponla en tu contraversia," which makes no sense in Spanish either. Addtionally, the sentence depends on how many people you are talking to and whether they are friends or not. With friends as well as people you don't know well, more than one person, you would say in Latin America, "Tomen esta cruz. . . ." For a single person you don't know well, you would say, "Tome esta cruz. . . " Then the sentences would be as follows:

Friend: Toma esta cruz y ponla en tu _________.
Friends and non-friends: Tomen esta cruz y póngala en su _________.

I hope this hasn't confused you and has helped you at least a little.
Non-friend: Tome esta cruz y póngala en su _________.

"toma esta cruz y ponla en tu ______"

I put the blank because conversary is not a word, to my knowledge

"Toma la cruz para zanjar esta controversia".
Other alternative is:
"Toma una cruz para que solucionemos esta controversia".
Or finally (if take this cross means "to make peace"):
"Hagamos las paces para solucionar la controversia".

Conversar/ discutir/controversia = conversary (slang)
(To talk/ to discuss/controversy)
