Its just I feel like dating her because she is a pretty girl well hot but she also isnt rude and stuck up like most she has a good personality like,she'll talk to you in class and hug you while you walk etc.

Feelings are not sinful. But thoughts and desires can be. Are you having impure thoughts and desires? That is lust and it is sinful. If you simply get that warm, fuzzy feeling around that special someone, there's no harm in that. It's perfectly natural and completely innocent.
