J. Lohr. It's a California wine so price could change depending on where you live but it is not considered an overly expensive wine in CA. Very tasty though.

St. James Winery in Missouri makes a good Riesling, It's about 10$ a bottle here, and available online

I think the best Rieslings are made in Alsace, France. If Reserve even better.

Occassionally you can find several cases of Columbia Crest's reisling at Trader Joe's which retails for $6/bottle. The winery also has a Reserve label which is very tasty, smooth, and has few tannins. It's fairly dry.

Johanesberg... get it almost anywhere. It's pretty popular and not expensive at all. I like to say it fits a college student's budget. it really is cheeky... try it.
