No. No province has changed their drinking age recently, and none currently have plans to do so. Rumours within the US that it is happening are just US rumours. Ontario drinking age is still 19.

I go to school in Erie, Pennsylvania, and a bunch of students have told me that the drinking age was changing. However, when I e-mailed LCBO (Liquor Control Board in Ontario) back in September 2006, they said that there are "currently no plans on changing the legal age in any of the provinces." Plus, the day before my 19th birthday, one of my professors told me that rumors about the Canadian drinking age changing have been going around since she was 16.
