I have one for my Summer carry weapon. It is small enough to fit in my pocket or in my cargo pocket on my shorts.
I have never had a problem of any type with mine and my wife has never had any problems with her Kel-Tec P32.

Shoot it enough to familiarize yourself with it but realize it is not a "target" pistol. If you want to shoot a lot as in target practice you will want to get something more suited to that. My wife practices with her Glock G19 more than the Kel-Tec because it is more comfortable to shoot.

Congrats and enjoy it! :-)

its a good gun check out the site

Welcome the to world of .380

The Keltec is one of the newer designs for the .380. The older more common brands are Walther PPK ( James Bond), Colt mustang pocket .380, old Ingram Mac M11 (sub machine gun)

Unlike the Walther PPK, the newer design of the keltec with regards to the grip is a big deal. Can't shoot a gun right if you can't fit it well into your hand. I used to get scratched, cut even on the web of my hand when shooting a PPK. My big hands just get in the way of the slide. Thats why I switched to a Colt Mustang.

Over all this is a good self defense gun. Although alot of the older pros will disagree. They think .380 isn't enough to take down a big assailant.

The truth is, its better to have a .22LR, .25 acp, .380 anytime than to not have a weapon at all when you need it the most.

its a pretty light pistol, lightest in its class, so you shouldn't have any excuse of not bringing it around.

Just make sure you practice, practice, practice. Go to the range often and know your gun well. There will come a time when you might have the need to use it.

Ciao

380 is considered marginal as a "stopper" so of the two choices you give, go with the 380. The 32 is totally inadequate. If you want accurate, get a Walther PPK/S. The fixed barrel makes it much more accurate than the Kel..

I've heard lots of horror stories with the kel-tecs' jamming etc. But there are a few people who really like them. Hope you didn't get a lemon.....

Nice little conceal carry gun. You won't want to shoot it very much as it's uncomfortable to shoot. But if it's for personal protection, just put up with it long enough to get good at it. If you ever need to use it, you won't notice the negatives.

I've had two .380s, and like them. I just bought a 9mm instead.

I don't own one.. but from what i've heard it's a decent small caliber self defense gun.
