No, it isn't bad for her. Some dogs can't tolerate milk it gives them upset tummies/diarreha, however if it doesn't bother your dog, go ahead and give her some as a treat once in a while.
You might also like to try a little cottage cheese or a little plain yogurt both things that many dogs enjoy.

Most dogs are lactose intolerant, so milk doesn't digest well, and it usually causes loose stools. However, if your dog is tolerating it fine, then she is likely OK with it for now..but just watch for any signs of indigestion, such as passing gas, loose stools, or growling tummy sounds. The fact that she is tolerant of it now, doesn't mean that she always will be..so keep an eye on her.
You can buy milk that is packaged just for dogs, at most pet supply shops. You can also help her tolerate it longer by giving her a little acidophiles milk, or Lactaid milk.

If she is suffering any respiratory symptoms, such as sneezing, snuffling, or choking/coughing, those are also attributed to fresh milk products.

Yes it is bad for them, the lactose does not digest properly and can give a dog diarrhea.
The sugar lactose can also cause their teeth to rot.
Go to your supermarket and buy some Lactose free milk from the long life (UHT) milk section. It is the same product as what Vet's and Petshops sell for half the cost. Give milk as a treat or for a growing puppy but not everyday.
Cheers

Most dogs are lactose intolerant; they will wind up with diarrhea when given milk. If your Pom doesn't have any diarrhea or upset stomach, then I'd keep the milk as just an occasional treat, because all that fat really isn't good for them.

Some dogs and cats don't have the proper enzymes to break down milk.If your dog appears to tolerate milk, you can give your her small amounts. Try to give your her one of the special dog milks on the market that have had the lactose removed though.

Most vets will recommend that you Do Not give milk to dogs. Many have problems digesting it. If you only give it to her once in a very great while, it probably wont be a problem, however, large quantities or having it frequently can cause diarrhea.

Milk isn't recommended after the puppy stage. Even for humans believe it or not! Milk is a product for babies to provide fat, protein and calcium. If the dog drinks milk you are increasing the risks for kidney stones etc.

Animals are made to drink milk as a first food when they are young, not really as they are grown. In addition, milk is cow's milk, and not suited to a dog. If you do it in very small quantities, I can't see it being harmful, but only teaspoons, not cups, a day. Please consult your vet, though.

In small quantities its ok...but not everyday and certainly not a whole glassful!

Some dogs are sensitive to dairy products...if she starts getting runny poop, stop the milk. But once a week shouldn't hurt anything.

It is not advisable to feed your cat or your dog milk after they have turned one year old. Check with your veterinarian to make sure though.
