I used Jay's catering. They are in Garden Grove. The food and the service was exceptional. I received so many compliments on the food.

Another good thing is if the facility has a functioning kitchen they will box up all the leftover food to go. We were fortunate enough to be able to take our leftovers home.

Check out their website: www.jayscatering.com

Good Luck and Congratulations!!!

My daughters BOTH got married within 11 weeks. The last wedding caterer was decided like this: The kids had a favorite restaurant they both adored. THey felt like the restaurant was going to charge too much to cater it. They asked one of the chef's (from the restaurant) to consider giving them a bid. We spent hours with him on menus and he went out of his way to help them have a great meal at a price they felt comfortable with. He prepared all the foods and hired his own crew to help him. There is always a way to get what you want at a price you can afford. One of the ways we help cut costs was to purchase the foods he would be preparing. The meal was fabulous and the chef is considering opening a small catering business. We helped him and he helped us. Keep your menu rather simple. Alfredos are always good, turkey, briskets, chicken, salads, potatoes, rolls, pastas. We received lots of compliments. Good luck. You will find a way to make this work for you.
