how to download videos from?

Download firefox, if you dont already have it (youll thank me for it).

Then get the videodownloader plugin:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/

Install, and find the video you want to download. Click on the videodownloader icon at the bottom right of firefox, and it will pop up with a screen where you can download it.

And then get FLV player to play your files
