mandarin? thats the "official" dialect of china

Zhong Guo

pronounced something like..."juh" as in just

juh-oh-nn-guh. The guh is kinda silent, not much empahsis on it

Guo is pronounced something like

Guh-wo The wo as in woah

If you mean the country then you say it Zhongguo, written 中国 ( in simplified Chinese ) or 中國 ( traditionnal Chinese used in Hong-Kong or Macau )

or if you mean the material : ciqi 瓷器
