Thats a good one!! here is a different version of that that is know
A blonde is taking her morning walk. she see a man saying 13...13...13..13...13.. on the sidewalk. she walks over and askes what he is doing. he says "i cannot tell u, but u can help me though" ok she answers. "stand in the middle of the road and say 13...13...13...13.. she walks to the middle of the road. almost instantly a car comes zooming around the corner and hits her. 14...14...14...14.. the man starts chanting.
