I want to have my hair curly ...or maybe
just crimp it or something.
I dunno...ideas?-plz nothing involving extentions

You have a good length, that allows you alot of options. I would suggest you stay away from something ordinary on this special day.
Go with a combination of curls and braids. I like the FroHawk look. If you need a picture you can find one at my yahoo group Mahagony Beauty in the Photo section in the Natural Hairstyle Gallery. It can be achieved without usign extensions and you can do it with braids, twist, or without.

if you are in Los angeles /orange county base area u can get a cut,style and tips for about $100 .The stylist(20 yr.experiance and licensed) comes to you and will save you from going to expensive salons. she is great does everything and actually tries to help you so u wont have to go back every time u need help. give her a call at 626-922-8194 ask for laura and make your appointment. about hair colors u should just call and ask to send you a price chart by mail. good luck sweety!

Here's an idea--long bangs with some longer layers--like Penelope Cruz a few months ago. I think your hair looks great, but I understand wanting it to look special. You could always do an updo with soft wave curls--think early 1930s glam.

if it has a little bit of length maybe a few loose waves- boho style if not keep it long and hanging down. whatever you do if it involves a hot surface make sure you use a leave in conditioner or a treatment that will protecxt your hair from any damage you might do

I saw a really cute natural hairstyle the other day and cannot remember where I saw it (it was a how to or a makeover) but it seems like they took sections of wet hair and wound it around the finger and let it dry w/that ringlet formed, looked really cute..maybe it was on what not to wear.

I definetly like the with bangs picture. You should definetly do you hair like that. Trust me. Im like a hair expert. Also makeup. But you look pretty.

There will be bigger things in your life apart from your 16th birthday. And you will probably want something that wont look crap after you've benn running around and half of it falling out.
