As it is a fine line between love & hate. To hate someone you must know them well! Plus we hurt the ones we love most when under stress as we think they will forgive! Love is full of ups & downs.

if you hate someone enough their is the danger of putting them on a pedestal, and mistaking the mental, and emotional experience as love, and getting carriede away up in the clouds because you feel high and in love.
on feeling rejection you proceed to push the person off the pedestal, your mood takes the plunge and you drop from a great height, and if you are not wise you can blame them for your feelings of self hatred, low esteem ,or whatever they are that causes your anger, its usually a major resentment.
I could write on a lot more but i think i have outlined enough for you to be getting on with for the time being.
OH! and by the way if you dont want to pray for the person, then sit quietly and put out compassion for them, and treat yourself kindly especially if you are feeling vulnerable.

There is a saying "what is the opposite of love? Hate". No, the opposite of love is indifference. Sometimes love and hate are that close.
I have a theory that rapists rape women to get them to hate them. And then have that hate turn into love. Don't know whether that is true, but I think there's something in it.

You need to smoke weed and trash that emotions crap. Love exist but it is not a one time thing, it comes and goes. Every body feels that have to follow the break up protocol of the girl being hurt and the guy being jerk. Relax and do not make up feelings or emotions when you know damn well they are not real.

because the song - it's a thin line between love and hate is right; your emotions are so strong that my grandmother told me - be careful about the person that you hate b/c you might find that you love him one day; thought it was impossible until it happened
