Is there a cheaper way to get rid of hair permanently then electrolysis?

Electrolysis isn't the only way; there's also laser.
In Mexico, laser is cheaper - if you're near a border, you might look into getting treated there.

no, that is the only way to get rid of hair permanently, also age makes it stop growing

Studies have shown that Laser tends to be less expensive because fewer treatments are necessary. It is still rather expensive, however.

Not really...waxing makes it lighter (the amount of hair) for some reason...
