what is wrong with my back?

everytiem i bend my head or i bend my spine, my upper vertebras hurt? what could it be? it really bothers me

No one can tell you for sure but a doctor. Could be anything from a ruptured disk, to an inflamed muscle, to just soreness from bad posture.

you could have sprained it. this happened to me after i fell off of a trampoline. i suggest going to ur doctor
