Well my boyfriend does... I straightened my hair and he noticed right away (my hair is wavy and most of the time I blow dry it, but this time I used a flat iron)
Also I was wearing a transparent nail polish, and then next time I had almost the same nail polish but this time it has little sparkles, he noticed.
Most guys don't notice or don't care, but the little things we (women) do or change, we like it when they notice, we want them to notice, so when they don't some of us get cranky...
Because It isn't fair that If I spend like 3 hours doing my nails, hair, picking out my outfit, to look good for my man, and he DOESN'T care... I would hate that.

sure mostly. but i won't say anything.

like, i won't notice if you lost weight - no one does. but they will say it, because people like saying stuff like that. unless it's a huge amount, no one will see it.

not sure what you mean by physical stuff. is that like too much make up?

but i'll notice things like clothes matching in color and texture. the use of jewelry and how it matches. stuff like that.

but unless you ask, i won't compliment or mention anything about it.
