These sites are checked by independent random number testers. They have no incentive to cheat players. Think about it, why would they cheat JoeyT? Many people claim "they want to take money from good players and give it to bad players, and then they make more rake." This is true, but I've heard this from dozens and dozens of people and almost all of them think they are considerably better than they actually are.
When you play 50-100 hands per hour, per table (if you multi-table), you're going to see crazy stuff. Your QQ will run into AA or KK, someone will call your AA with 77 and hit an 7 on the flop, etc. This will happen and isn't nearly as uncommon as everyone thinks. When you think it's rigged, ask yourself why they would do it to you and you specifically?

Playing online versus playing in a live casino is so different. Online you can see upwards to over 100 hands per hour and in a live game you may see 30. Based on this yes the cards can be suspect, but that's poker!
Besides, the poker rooms take a cut of each pot called the rake, so why would they want to cheat you...they get paid either way!

All the major sites are fair. If they had programmers fixing the deck somehow, sooner or later they would get blackmailed or a disgruntled former employee would blow the whistle on them.
Why would a multi million dollar company that makes great money wish to jeopardize all of that to make just a tiny bit more profit? I'm not even convinced they would make all that much more money and certainly the risk versus the potential gain would not be in their favor.
It sucks when you get a bad beat, and you are three times more likely to get one online since you probably play three times as many hands online than you would in a Vegas casino. But I have played online since 2003 and I am convinced that they are not out to get you.
If you feel like a change of scene try another site.

It's a good question, but honestly, Absolute has been in business for a while. It's not really to their advantage to rig the cards: they'll get a lot more business from word of mouth, and unlike casinos, they make money off the rake, whether you win OR lose.
I put a link below in the source: if you go there, and click on "Easy, Safe, Secure" on the left side of the homepage, they explain all their security measures, plus they talk about how they randomize the cards. Might put your mind at ease a bit. ;-)

Yes!!!! you are or paranoid or on tilt. I played on several site everydays and never had any problems.
And we can be sure because most of the site give you details of they're method of shuffling the cards. And by the way it's not in there favor to do something like that, especially some big names like: Absolute, full tilt, pokerstars, doyles room......etc
You can relax, and go play some poker
Take care
