If you're asking how much it costs if you don't have a nuclear weapons program in place and have to start from scratch...then the answer is in the millions.
If you're asking what it costs the US to build a single weapon; that information is classified. The only thing I can tell you is that if you look at the US defense budget the maintaining and upgrading our current inventory costs less than 20 million per year.
