The concern is that scholarship providers may assume that since we can afford to provide a private high school education, she will be viewed as someone less likely to need college scholarships.

No, that is not true. I went to a private high school, and I have received plenty of scholarships. Many scholarships will ask the student how much income their parents make, but other scholarships do not take that into consideration. The scholarships might base who they give the award to by financial need, but they won't look at what school they attended. They will look at how much money the parents make. Other times, scholarships are given only on the basis of what the student has achieved throughout school.

scholarships are based on education acheivement and not on the ability to pay for a private college.

If her grades are high enough she would be just as likely if not likelier to get scholarships. Rich people still get scholarships.

No, i think she can equally receive schorlaships , they give away schorlaships for so many things nowdays, things like hair color and whether or not your left-handed.

You're in a system that favors people that follow "the system," or at least that would be my guess (although I don't really know).
