Well, that's all fat so try running and other cardio workouts. It will also get you in great shape!
But don't expect drastic changes... every body has its own shape.

I have the same problem. I have a D-cup chest naturally. If you are overweight, then weight loss might help you some. (although not everyone with big boobs is that way. I'm a size 4.) There are clothing options that can make the chest appear smaller. Shirts that are fitted (note that I said fitted, but not tight) are great, as wearing baggy shirts will make you look bigger than you actually are. When I look for shirts, I always check the tag to see if the material has a small percentage of something that will make the shirt a bit stretchy. (i.e. a cotton t-shirt that is 5% spandex for example) Also, contrary to what others seem to think, v-neck and scoop neck tops (not low, immodest ones..not all v-neck and scoopneck shirts are as some seem to think) make the chest look smaller than say, a turtleneck, crew neck, or a square neck which can make the chest look like one big, bulky mass. The v-neck and scoopneck-style tops help to break up the expanse of the chest area. I would recommend sticking with solid colors also. You could also look into buying a minimizer bra. I wouldn't wear a sports bra in place of a minimizer one though. Sports bras can give the chest a "uni-boob" look that isn't very attractive. Hope that helps!

Well, it's hard to say. Sometimes, you can wear certain bras or tops that makes them look smaller. There is another thing but I don't recommend you do this. Some people actually tape their breasts. I am not sure what the king of tape is called. I know it's a silver colour and it's used to tape big boxes together for shipment. Maybe masking tape. Oh well. They tape it all the ways around themselves to sort of tape down their breast and to make them look smaller. But I don't recommend you do this. It would be painful when taking the tape off. And besides, God made you the way that you are. And I think everyone should be proud of their bodies. So don't stress. Love yourself the way that you are.

Girl I have the same problem. I am 5' tall 105 pounds with double D's. Unfortunately, no there is nothing that will physically shrink yours breasts short of losing weight. (sometimes even that proves fruitless) There are bras out there that help to make you look up to 1 1/2 to 2 cup sizes smaller. They are not sexy by any means, but they do the job that they promise. I bought mine at Mervyns. They will set you back about $25 to $30 a peice, but they are worht it. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help.

One of the biggest mistakes girls make is choosing necklines that cover your chest--like boatnecked shirts or turtlenecks. Look for V-neck or scoop necks because they actually draw the eye down the center of your body, rather than your outside sillohette. If you're wearing something with a higher neckline, be sure to wear a necklace that creates that 'v'. (Halter top dresses actually minimize the bustline for this reason) Be careful with this long necklace look--unless the necklace has a heavy pendant, it can get 'stuck' on one of your boobs and that looks horrible.
Also, make sure you're wearing the right size and style of bra. A demi cup, even if it is the right size, is going to over-accentuate your assets. Look for something with support but that doesn't create too much clevage.
I went from a 34-barely B to a 36 C+ in two years and had to completely revamp my wardrobe!

You can wear a sports bra that is too small for you to flatten them out. That really works to make them appear smaller. If you are a little on the heavy side, you could lose weight over all in the rest of your body through diet and exercise and that will reduce the size of your breasts. Cardio exercise and diet changes will slim you down all over. Of course, you could have breast reduction surgery. But remember, the grass is always greener on the other side. Most young women wish they had nice large breasts like yours! You are probably the envy of every other lady!

There are bras called "bust minimizers" which kind of suck in your boobs lol Or you can also wear a sports bra over your regualar bra. I find that thin materials always make boobs look bigger, so go for thicker ones. Also, even though it may sound contradictory, high very high cut shirts or sweaters seem to make boobs look bigger, so wear tops that are slightly lower-cut. But remember, big boobs are sexy! Implants are one of the highest preformed surgeries which means everyone wants what you got! ;)

Honestly there are a billion ways to make your boobs look bigger but unfortunately not smaller. If you want them smaller you might wanna go for the surgery. Its not that big of a surgery cuz there arent any implants or anything involved. Good Luck though!!

THE very first thing i would encourage, is to NOT TRY TO FLATTEN THEM, that will make you look smooshed! I know, I am huge to. get a bra that has an under wire that wont bug you, and make sure it lifts you, if your kinda plump or even not Plump, then wear a nice fitted shirt, not tight! just be happy that you are that way! I know someone who was flat who got surgery to be a C! if you want to wear a sports bra then its fine, but it can squish you.

I know how you feel. When i was in 7th grade i had the biggest boobs. I was a D. All you can do is live through it and try not to wear tight shirts...trust me.or you could try lifting them a little higher and not letting them sag. that makes them look smaller.

Thin bras and looser fitting shirts will make your boobs look smaller. Also, shirts that don't show a lot or any cleavage will take attention away from your chest.
