Well I don`t talk to her much but i do IM and i wanna know how to tell that i do love her cuz she won`t believe me.

How about losing the cell phone and doing a little face time? I don't blame her for not taking you seriously if you can't do it in person. That's for losers. Be a real man, look her in the eyes, and tell her in person.
