Both are free and safe to download
They are anti-viruses
Things I will personally advise you NOT to do..
↓ Do not send any emails while you have viruses
↓ Send no attachements
↓ Do not save work to an externel source (Memory stick for example) and plug in into a different pc.
Many other people do not want the viruses you have

Dude, that no laughing matter! Scan it for viruses if you don't have virus protection on your PC, shame on you. Then you need to do an online scan. Mcafee online virus scan or www.pcpitstop.com

Download this free antivirus program, and scan your computer.... it is from Grisoft entitled AVG free edition..... good luck.
