Assuming you mean from other gamblers I absolutely would. I would not feel guilty in winning fairly money that others were destined to lose to someone. I bet they will not feel bad when they win mine;)

There are few gambling games where this is true. Normally the money comes from the 'house.'

One exception to this is poker. In poker you are playing against others and can take their money.

Is this ethical? Sure. The people that sit down to play against you chose to do it. No one is forcing them to play poker. If they suck at it and lose their money to you, they should have studied harder. If they really wanted to win, they would put in the necessary effort to become better players.

If I take money from someone at the poker table, I don't feel guilty at all, and neither should you.

Now if your question involves something other than poker and you are taking bets, or being unethical in how you treat others, then I would not do that, and neither should you.

Only if I was certain the people I was taking money from could afford it. If I was simply scamming poor people with fixed bets I could not live with myself.
