ive been dating this person for about 5 months now and right now were in the process of trying to figure out whats the best for us
we both have small children but i have custody over mine and he only sees his every other weekend and he also trys to help support his mom with her meds
were also discussing get married to each other too
we talk on the phone constantly n on the computer
the only real conclsuion weve come to is that we live halfway between both of us
any ideas

Communication - Trust & Honesty......
How far apart do you live? Is there any possibility of either of you moving? Which of you would it be easier for to find a new job - ? Also, you have custody of your children so driving to see them isn't an issue - however it would be for him - so could you possibly find a place that is closer to his children so that he can maintain a good relationship with his children? I think those are the most important questions.? Good Luck!

How far away are you two from each other? And is 5 months really long enough to uproot both families?? Have you even met him? There are alot of points to take into account. Think this through from your side without his input and really decide if it is for the best that you do anything yet.

communicate constantly, be totally open and honest, and be able to compromise. It is really hard, really, really hard! But if its meant to be, then it will all work out. Also try to keep in mind what's best for all of the children involved.

it could work but maybe some time together to see where you live and then check out the places in between --- for me its easier my lady wants to come here --- we life about 15,000 km apart --- there are a lot of things to consider so you need to look at where you would like to live
