wheres the best pub or club that have a heating area or warm place to smoke a cigarette?..i know its a bad habit but i enjoy a ciggie now and then.

There is an outside (heated) smoking area in One Up pub and also in the Savoy.

Babbity Bowser in the west end have big heaters outside - Ashton Lane.

nowhere because there is now a smoking ban in publin places
but there is a place where you can go upstairs in the savoy dancing

where do you live? i agree. nothing like a smoke to go with a good beverage. i'm a doctor, but i think people have reallly gone overboard with the tobacco thing. it's not what you do, but how much you do it. let us choose if we want to smoke , chew, or toke. we all know what's good or bad for us (as long as we are adults). you're kind to consider the outdoors for those who are offended.
