You know, actually, you can buy flax seed, (ground up) and put like 2 tablespoons in your cereal in the morning, or in whatever you eat, and it actually is amazing for skin, as well as your GI tract, and well, it's full of wonderful stuff for your body, so it's a good thing all around.
