Can't Get a Loan I am Currently "Unemployed" & No Security an need $40,000 Before the End of January or ASAP!

Question

(Im in Australia,im saying that baically so people don't go saying Prosper.com)
I Can't get a loan from Anywhere Iv'e Tried so far.. I am Currently "Unemployed" (I Usually Freelance & do Temp Work as I am a Martial Artist, Will be working Full time instead for quite awhile though soon)
I have no security No assets to speak of, Cannot get Help from family, Paying back is not a Problem tho, Just depends on how fast it's needed back.
An i Must get the $40,000Au one way or another by the end of this month January07 I am not in "Debt" so to speak either.
The thing is I have to pay back Money to my Parent's Or they could end up loosing there house..
I will do anything to make sure i get the money one way or another, but in saying that I really Don't want to end up turning to the "wrong" people
if Someone can Please help it'd be very much Appreciated, I Can't thank enough I really do need the help now it's more about timeing which is the Problem I'll be ready an waitin for Reply Thank

I don't think you are going to have much luck I am sorry to say, even when you start working most credit lenders will want to see that you've been employed for over six months here, have you explained the situation to your parents and seen if there is a way they can get an extension on their house payments? Most places are reasonable about these things if you tell them the problem, I'm in a similar situation but half of what you are and I don't have a house loan, but my loan company have been very understanding about it even with the fact that I have insurance on my loans.

You guys need to stop saying she's addicted she's obviously not and you would know that it you paid attention to the facts. She said she's doing 5 a day, not that she was doing 5 and now wants 6 from her doc. If you have tolerance that plateaus higher that other people that may just be your body and and it's differences. I bet someone else in your family is on xanax or should be. Some people don't get that it's a genetic thing and if you become stable (ie taking 5 pills a day and not going any higher because of numbness) then good for you. Your doctor shouldn't have brought you up or let you go up to 5 a day of she wasn't thinking or that possibility, it sounds like she was setting you up for really bad withdrawals. Either that or she doesn't know the drug very well. Sorry you're struggling.

If you have no income, the last thing you need is a loan. If you are 'not in "Debt"' as you say, you don't need $40,000Au 'one way or another'. If your parents will lose their house if you can't find the money, you already turned to the 'wrong' people. If your parents can't afford to GIVE you money, they are the wrong people to borrow from. That said with no income and no assets, not even a loan shark will give you $40,000.
