Nothing over the counter is good. Get doxycycline from your doctor. I noticed a difference like the next day.

Buy those cheap 20 packs of white washcloths at Wal-Mart and wash your face with a clean washcloth every time. Don't dry your face with a towel that you have used to dry your hands before. Seriously, this works. You need to keep the whole process very clean and do it twice a day religiously.

this stuff works fabulously. get aveeno positively radiant face cleansing pads. they are soo great. one side is bumpy so it takes away all the bad crap and the other side is smooth for a gentle clean and they are self foaming. then get neutrogena acne cream it is the best i have tried so far. you notice it the next day it is that fast and it doesnt dry up your skin which is nice cuz i hate that

If you want to permanantly get rid of it try Persa Gel 10, but it takes about a month to have COMPLETELY clear skin(it worked w/ me!). If your trying to get rid of it fast use toothpaste, which gets rid of it by osmosis. My dad is a pharmacist, that's what he said works best...

oxy clean...and EAT right.. its all about how clean you are inside and out. trust me i have no time for details but the foods you eat play the biggest roll in acne. clean your face often with som oxy clean

oxy cleansing pads are good, but the absolute best thing is Benzaclin, but it is a prescription and a bit pricey...
