Internet explorer has encounterd a problem and needs to close send report or dont send -- computer freezes up then goes to desktop picture,, how do i stop this?

Now lets clean up your disk.


Do a Disk Cleanup and Disk Defrag. You can find both of them by following the path below.


Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>Disk Cleanup. Let it do its thing. You can check every box that has something to delete.


Now follow the same path and do a Disk Defrag. Again just let it do its thing.

I recommend downloading and using mozilla firefox,,, it is a browser that is customizable, easy to use, and safeguards against viruses, pop-ups, and many other computer owner nightmares,,,,,,

u most likely have a virus, try running a virus scan and c if that helps, if not i recommend u take it to the geek squad they can fix it.
