Go to the vet directly, now would be good. Make sure the dog gets water. Like humans the dehydrate quickly. Call the vet NOW!

Has the dog been vaccinated against Parvo? This is one of the signs of Parvo and when a dog gets Parvo, you can't get the dog to the vet soon enough!
Get the dog to the vet NOW ! ! ! !
Few dogs live through Parvo but if they do it is because they receive medical attention NOW ! ! ! !

Oh my please take to the vet ASAP. This is very deadly and I con not believe you posted on here instead of calling a vet. I hope your dog has not had blood in his poop for long. Always think what you would do if it were a child and please if they save your dog please educate yourself by buying a book on dogs health

Call your vet's emergency number, and take it immediately. Do not delay. Your puppy needs your help.
