Anything indestructible.
Kongs
Nylabones
Puzzle Balls (put treats inside, they roll around and treats slowly come out)
Leather covered beds or thick wool blankets (not indestructible, but not filled with enticing foamy stuff or filling)
I have had to make sure that any play with stuffed toys, rope toys, squeaky rubber toys(they can chew them to bits and eat the rubber) is supervised since I have a couple of voracious chewers. Tennis balls also have fabric on them that little teeth can pull off and ingest.
Oh, and I would make sure there is 5 - 6 toys for the 2 dogs to play with, this would reduce the chances of any possessiveness from either dog trying to hoard a special toy.
I hope these ideas help!
Good Luck! And congrats on your new furry family member!

Have a number of Nylabones which are flavored. Pick them up and discard them when the ends are worn down.
Kongs, for when they are crated.
Balls that they can just manage to pick up but wouldn't be able to swallow, and sturdy toys, ask in the Pet Store where you shop for recommended fun and safe toys for your dog. Just realize that what one Lhasa likes, another may not. There is a huge variety out there. What I do is wash and bag some toys and when the next set needs washing I wash and bag them and put out the other set. That way it seems to them that they always have "new" toys.
I don't like toys that have string on them or rope unless it is rope they can't chew through because my dogs tend to tear it off and eat it, and while it is not toxic they tend to throw it up.
Also, I avoid stuffed toys with "hair" like a mane or hairy tail for the same reason. Your dogs may do fine with it.
Dog beds, but not in their crates during training.
Avoid greenies and rawhides or anything that is hard and not easily digestible that they can take a big bite off of it and swallow.

since there si a great age difference between the two of the m then you should get some toys that are right for the both of them but remember to never have anything with wires because then they'll chew right through them and they could really get hurt.the toys that you could put would have to be enough for the both of them. try putting some small balls, bones and some larger ones too.

you can put any toys that are made just for dogs, their own bed or house. water bowl and chews that are safe. some people do not like them to have chews made of raw hide because they can choke on it when it becomes smaller. pig ears are not that safe and there are some that give it to them. no electric do -dads. like t.v. or radio. you can put speakers it to let them hear music. you are going to spoil your pets, l can see that. good luck

that is a call you both want to agree upon, otherwise one among you'd be envious for some thing else of your marriage. i might want to take your files to a diverse vet, and ask him to make the coughing bypass away.
