I can't give you specifics, however due to the fact it is dried beef it has massive amounts of protein and iron. The only downside is it's incredibly high sodium content.

none whatsoever. It is full of nitrates, chemicals, and additives. Even if you make your own, most commercial meats are laced with nasty toxins.
