my mom might get an xk8 convertable and it has 83,000 miles on it for $17000...i dont know much about jags so i was wondering about how long until it would start having problems, what will go wrong at those times, how much it will cost for those problems, and is it worth it?

not a bad price,they are very expensive to work on,make sure you can afford to have it serviced by jaguar dealer ship.they are pretty dependable cars,i would say at about 100k is when they start having issues

no way of knowing your first question but jags are very expensive for repairs as all jags are hand crafted

they are never worth it it will be high because of the car it is. they have to have checkups reguarly to keep it running right remember they are from overseas.

Thats about the right price, but if you are going to get a nice car, why not get the best.
