1st cousin-- is a cousin from your dad or mom's brother /sister
2nd cousin- when their kids( your first cousin ) have kids makes them your second cousin
3th cousin-- same as second but more kids having kids

ur 1st cousins are u parents sibilings kids. ur second cousins are the kids of ur parents first cousins.ur third cousins are the kids of ur parents second cousins and so fourth.
