OK, so I've just left high school having scored mostly Cs in my Higher exams (or "final exams" if you're a yank") and now ,NOW I decide I want to become a doctor. I didn't score that low on my exams because I'm stupid, I was just lazy, but now I've figured out what I want to do I'm willing to do almost anything to achieve it, can I retake the exams somehow?, or do medical schools need you to have five As in one sitting?

Get in the best college you can, do as well as you can, and hope to get into medical school. You can't redo exit exams--how many times can you walk out a door?

They won't care as much about high school if you do great in college. So do as well as you can in college and see what happens.

Why are you lazy? Get back and hit those books! I'm probably twice your age but would change places with you in a second. Believe me, standing behind a machine for 18 years is definitely soul destroying.

In the USA, I don't think high school grades matter. Just kick some butt all through college, and you'll be fine.
