I'd advise you to do a different thing if you could. That's old news. Try something creative like putting vanilla inside of a balloon and blow it up. Then put some water into another and blow that one up. See which one smells. The vanilla will be the smelling one because of diffusion.
If you just want to the do the egg project then call it " The Race to the Membrane." I'd call it that because you want to see which one will dissolve fastest so it's a race and after the egg shell dissolves then all you will have left is membrane.
